RETURN POLICY

Our 30 day refund policy starts from the date the order is placed. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for if 30 days have gone by since your initial purchase date.
Our 100% guarantee allows you to try VIA LIPTPE for 10 days, and then return the unused portion for a full refund less the initial shipping costs that were waived during the initial purchase. The unused portion must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email verifying receipt of your return etc.
